We work directly with the assistance companies LGA Assistance and AP Companies. If your policy (including travel insurance) is serviced by either of them, we coordinate the visit with the assistance and bill the insurer directly — you pay nothing at the clinic, apart from a deductible or co-payment if your policy includes one.

If we don’t have a direct agreement with your insurer, the process is simple: you pay at the clinic, we issue a complete document set — invoice, a medical report in English and your test results — and you submit them to your insurer for reimbursement under the terms of your policy.
This is how most policies work, including Russian insurers (AlfaStrakhovanie, Ingosstrakh, SOGAZ, Renaissance, T-Insurance, SberInsurance, VTB) and international ones such as Bupa, Cigna and Allianz. The reimbursement amount is defined by your policy terms.
